PAYMENT AND PRICES
All our payments are handled by Klarna, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard. For information about Klarna invoicing service please find info at klarna.com All prices include VAT at 25%. Should the VAT rate change, N.C.P. reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Shipping costs may be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. ncpconcept.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. N.C.P. does not keep its customers’ payment card details.

Due to the Covid-19 situation it might take longer than usual to ship your orders. Our ambition is to besides EU and EES deliver globally but deviations may occur. We will deliver in accordance with the delivery option selected by you. Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Upon delivery of the Products to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your Products. For further information please see the returns and the cancellation right sections within these terms and conditions.
When offered, free delivery applies to Standard delivery only; next day, express and international delivery options are excluded from this offer. We will endeavour to deliver all orders will be within 1-3 days in Sweden and 3-8 working days outside Sweden as from the day of the purchase, although these timings cannot be guaranteed.
Free shipping within Sweden. For delivery within the rest of the EU, shipping charges are EUR 6 per order. For delivery outside the EU, shipping charges are EUR 8 per order, please observe that extra taxes or toll costs may be added in customs.
If you provide a mobile number and this service is available in your country, you will receive an text notification when your package is available for pickup. Otherwise you will receive a notification by e-mail or mail. When you pick up your package, you will need to show your identification and the tracking number. RETURNS AND CLAIMS
As a customer you have 14 days’ right to cancel your order and get your money back. The right-to-cancel period starts from the day you receive the item. In order to invoke your right to cancel, the item must be in its original, unbroken packaging. The cost of the item, will be refunded, less the delivery cost incurred by N.C.P. The customer pays the cost of returning the item. To help N.C.P. process an item that you consider to be faulty, and for you to retain your statutory rights, you should contact us regarding a complaint within a reasonable time after you noticed, or should have noticed, the fault. If an item is faulty or incorrect, N.C.P. will pay the cost of returning it.
If for some reason you wish to return an item, you must first contact N.C.P. customer service at email@example.com and state your full name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Then the following applies:
- We send you a return order form, which must be returned together with the item(s).
- Package the item(s) carefully to avoid damage in transit and send the parcel to us, together with the return order form. The address is: NCP Concept AB (RETUR) C/O: Bonver Logistics AB Gåshaga Brygga 1 181 85 LIDINGÖ
- After a complaint/cancellation has been approved, we refund the amount of your order to the card you used for payment within 14 days of the date we receive the returned item(s).
For invoice payments, return the goods to us in the same way and log into “My Klarna”. Klarna will then manage your refund.

VIOLATION OF RULES
N.C.P. reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
In case of Force Majeure, N.C.P.’s obligations are rendered null and void. The contract between you and N.C.P. can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by N.C.P. A Force Majeure is defined as event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. N.C.P. will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
