N.C.P. Concept AB, hereinafter called N.C.P. is the controller and is responsible for your personal data at N.C.P. sites under applicable data protection law (GDPR). N.C.P. respects your privacy and strives to protect your personal information when you are using our digital services and online shop.  Please observe that this policy is subject to change and that you will always find the current policy by visiting this page. 

In accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), there is no right to maintain records without the consent of the person. You have previously consented to this when you registered your information. We only store your email address and the information you filled in to keep you up to Cookies. 

N.C.P. website uses cookies. This means that small text files are stored on the visitor’s computer and this enables us to follow the viewers’ user patterns. 

Cookies enable us to improve the web site for you, for example by customizing the language and currency on the site, keeping track of what you add in your web shop basket, handling your purchase and ensuring that you stay logged in on the site. Cookies also help us to store your personal settings so that you do not have to redo the settings every time you visit the N.C.P. website.

We use cookies from en extern part to gather statistics for analytical purposes through Google Analytics. They use both session cookies and permanent cookies. The permanent cookies are stored as files on your computer or mobile device for a maximum time of 24 monthsate on current news regarding N.C.P. Olfactives and to be able to handle your purchases. 

For any reason you do not want to be in our registry, just send a message to customercare@ncpolfactives.com and we will delete your information. 

All personal information saved at ncpconcept.com will be handled with utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of N.C.P. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfil the purposes described above. When registering to our web shop, you can choose not to receive information from N.C.P. If you wish to end your subscription to information from N.C.P. send an email to customercare@ncpolfactives.com stating your email address and a short description of the matter. You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to info@ncpolfactives.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. N.C.P. reserves the right to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. 

We are collecting the personal data you voluntarily share with us when you eg. place an order in our online shop, contact customer service, participate in an online contest, sign up for our newsletter or in any other way contact us or interact with our online services. We collect the data necessary to complete an agreement (eg.. to deliver your products or send you an invoice) or in any other way complete a commitment (eg.. send you a newsletter with tips or offers). 

We collect and store the data you voluntarily share with us such as name, address, e-mail and phone number. We do not have any access to your credit card number or your social security number. This data is handled by our secure payment partners Klarna and PayPal. You will find their individual integrity policies by clicking on respective company name above.

Your data may be shared internally at N.C.P. but we will never sell or trade your personal data for marketing purposes or any other purposes. We only share data with a third party to provide any of the services listed above such as running  the online shop, payment methods, delivery by our shippers and marketing  from N.C.P. that you have signed up for  (e.g. distribution of newsletter). 

The personal data we collect is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA), but could be transferred and processed in a country outside the EEA. All forms of transfers are made under applicable law and are in these cases protected by the “Privacy Shield” that guarantees you the same security as within the EEA. 

We will store your submitted data for as long as it takes to fulfil any of the purposes listed above, as long as it is demanded by Swedish or International law or to fulfil any other relevant commitments. Thereafter, they will be deleted. 

If you want to delete your e-mail address from our mailing list you just open any received e-mail from us and click on the link for “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the e-mail. Please observe that your e-mail could occur in more than one mailing list depending on how and where you registered. To make sure you are deleted from all lists please contact us according to the above. 

We apply both digital and physical safety measures to protect your personal data and avoid data interference or unauthorized access. If data trespass occurs despite implemented safety measures this will be reported to the Data Protection Administration within 3 days.
