The stripes are both a special design that gives our product an identity in the shelf and it is a guidance system that describe the character of the scent that in a simple way.
From white with a few black stripes to black with a few white stripes. Light to darker. Different olfactive families from a lighter (citrus) olfactive family to a darker (oriental) olfactive family.
With a clear focus on creative innovation N.C.P. first realesed N.C.P. olfactives which consist of seven perfumes designed to allow layering to create your own signature scent, whether for a special occasion, your mood or to edit your favourite fragrance to suit a new season. N.C.P. only use selected ingredients of the highest quality and efficacy and all products are proudly 100 % vegan & unisex also our skincare products are fragrance free.
My order
We offer free shipping within Sweden. For delivery within the rest of the EU, shipping charges are EUR 6 per order. For delivery outside the EU, shipping charges are EUR 8 per order, please observe that extra taxes or toll costs may be added in customs.
When you have completed your order, you will receive a receipt by e-mail. If you did not receive a receipt, please check that your e-mail address is correct and notify N.C.P. Customer Service: customercare@ncpconcept.com so that we can resend your receipt.
Yes, when the order is completed and shipped a shipping notification from Unifaun will be sent to the email address that has been added to the order.
Delivery
The delivery time depends on where in the world the package is being sent. We do estimate roughly:
Domestic with DHL: 1-3 days,
Within EU: 5-7 days, Outside EU, UPS Express Saver: 3-5 days
Worldwide: 5-7 days.
If for some reason you wish to return an item, you must first contact N.C.P. customer service at customercare@ncpconcept.com and state your full name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Then the following applies:
1. We send you a return order form, which must be returned together with the item(s).
2. Package the item(s) carefully to avoid damage in transit and send the parcel to us, together with the return order form. The address is: NCP Concept AB (RETUR) C/O: Bonver Logistics AB Gåshaga Brygga 1 181 85 LIDINGÖ
3. After a complaint/cancellation has been approved, we refund the amount of your order to the card you used for payment within 14 days of the date we receive the returned item(s).
For invoice payments, return the goods to us in the same way and log into “My Klarna”. Klarna will then manage your refund.

Sustainability
The cardboard is a FSC MIX, which means a large amount of recycled cardboard. As the next link in the chain, you can contribute, recycle all material.
Yes, all our packaging is recyclable.
As much as possible we avoid packing with plastic. For safety reasons we need to bubble fragile goods with plastic. However, the plastic is of the recycled type.
Products
No, we do not test our products on animals.
Yes, our products are suitable for sensitive skin. Be careful with the enzymatic peeling if you are hypersensitive since it contains acid.

For two main reasons. First, this high quality bottle is special made with high glass content, this cause different thickness in the glass which affects how the filling looks like. Second, our bottle is design to hold 11,5 ml of perfume and that`s the reason it can looks like its less but there is always a least 10 ml of perfume in the bottle.
However, should there be a noticeably different, please let us know and we will send you a new perfume.
